We built using KC Custom Homes back in 2019. I’ll never forget how wonderful Ken and his family were when we initially consulted with them on a home we so desperately wanted to build on a piece of land we had previously purchased in Floresville. We were a young family and trying to scrape every penny we had into our home build all while under the tight restrictions of the VA loan. Ken and Chris spent 3 hours with us that night designing and redesigning, even helping us better understand home loans, construction loans, etc. all while never trying to up sell us anything because they understood the financial position we were in.
