Ryan is the Director of Operations and is responsible for managing three full-time Project Managers and a warranty crew. He takes care of clients from the start of construction until the home is complete, ensuring that the construction process is seamless and stress-free for the client.

Chris is the Director of Sales and manages the front end of the business, taking clients through the design stage and signing contracts. He has a sales associate as direct support, Rudy as lead home designer, and two draftsmen that he manages.
